Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Principal Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the International Business Area within the IBCS Operating Unit.

The role interfaces with program managers, CAMS, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis on-site. The candidate will set up cost control, guide EVMS activities, prepare budgets, and ensure funding availability while building partnerships across the organization and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with relevant experience.
• HS diploma/GED with 9+ years of business, finance, and/or program control experience as alternative.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookup, conditional formatting.
• Must work on-site in Huntsville, AL and be able to travel up to 10%.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs on EVMS-requiring contracts.
• Prepare budgets and perform financial analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance).
• Develop program plans ensuring SOW capture and scheduling.
• Ensure funding availability and track expenditures; request additional funding as needed.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems; maintain baselines.
• Guide CAMs on EVMS activities and performance measurement; EVMS artifacts.
