Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Experience Manager to lead multiple squads within Experience Delivery. You will own delivery, quality, and growth of a multidisciplinary team, mentor senior ICs, and protect team boundaries to maximize high-value work.

You will translate area vision into staffing and objectives, push back on unfounded commitments, and build a culture focused on evidence, craft, and impact across product strategy, engineering, and marketing partners.

Qualifications

• Track record of developing ICs into leaders through coaching and feedback.
• Accountability for delivery and quality across multiple squads.
• Experience leading product design/management in a software environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple squads and set direction; translate vision into team focus.
• Grow the people; manage 1:1s, performance, and hiring.
• Ensure evidence-based decisions; enable discovery and data access.
• Define acceptance criteria and keep quality gates before tickets cut.
• Own squad delivery and craft bar; collaborate with engineering leadership.
• Manage capacity and balance lead and design technologist resources.
• Ensure launch quality; coordinate with product marketing and sign-offs.
• Review adoption metrics and feed insights back into focus and capacity.
