Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years in architecture/engineering or related technology areas.
• 5+ years in solution architecture within healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems.
• Hands-on Azure, Snowflake and Databricks experience; data lake/platform patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
• Author and maintain reference architectures for data platform, NLP, RPA/automation and interoperability.
• Lead governance checkpoints and risk reviews, ensure privacy/security alignment.
• Partner with product and engineering to convert designs into executable runways; define non-functional requirements.
• Define integration contracts and domain boundaries for provider data, EMR and data platforms.
