The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and expert Principal Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Frame.io’s integration with Adobe Workfront and the broader Adobe content supply chain.

This high-impact role focuses on driving enterprise adoption and making Frame.io a core part of how leading organizations manage and deliver creative work. You will connect customer needs with product strategy, work closely with account teams, and position Frame.io as a key component of Adobe’s content supply chain solutions.

What you'll do

  1. Own GTM for Workfront Integration: Define messaging, positioning, packaging, offer, and launch plans. Position Frame.io within the broader content supply chain narrative.
  2. Drive Customer-Led Strategy: Partner with customers to gather insights, test solutions, and lead beta programs. Validate approaches and ensure scalability.
  3. Support Strategic Accounts: Collaborate with top account sales teams to embed Frame.io into deals, partner with enterprise architects, and align with Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud teams.
  4. Enable Sales Teams: Develop sales tools, customer decks, and training programs to empower Adobe teams and partners.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Engineering, GTM, Sales, Enablement, Enterprise Architects, and Customer Success teams for alignment and execution.
  6. Lead with Influence: Provide clarity and direction in a matrixed organization, aligning teams with different goals around a common vision.

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of product marketing, solution marketing, or enterprise GTM experience—preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or creative/marketing workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise content workflows and marketing operations; familiarity with Adobe stack (Workfront, Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams—building tools, delivering training, influencing deal strategies.
  • Proven success in driving enterprise GTM motions and partnering with account teams and technical sales functions.
  • Experience leading customer feedback, beta programs, and co-creating solutions with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence skills, managing complex, matrixed environments with clarity and empathy.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, simplifying complex solutions to highlight customer value.
  • Experience in startups and large organizations, with ability to move fast and scale.
  • Deep ownership, critical thinking, and customer focus.

Our compensation for this role in the U.S. ranges from $141,200 to $249,700 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Additional incentives may include long-term equity awards. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.
