Job summary

Toast, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Toast Ticketing to drive end-to-end lifecycle from open beta to general availability.

You will work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and sales to shape the product, commercial strategy, and customer adoption in a fast-growing hospitality tech environment. You will spend time with restaurants and events, translating feedback into priorities, and using AI tools to prototype, research, and analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with ownership of a product area.
• Experience taking an early product to product-market fit and growth.
• Decisions driven by time spent with customers.
• Owned revenue products end to end: pricing, GTM, exec comms.
• I pull data, set goals up front, and let data change plans.
• Regularly use AI tools in work and can explain how.
• Able to write and speak clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the ticketing roadmap from open beta to GA.
• Lead weekly build loop with engineering: frame problems, decide what ships, why.
• Learn where early customers gain value and where they get stuck.
• Carry commercialization with GTM and leadership: pricing and packaging.
• Keep live customers healthy: enablement, tax edge cases, payment issues.
• Own the numbers: ticket sales and fee revenue; set goals and measure.
