Job summary

Partly is seeking a Principal/Staff Product Manager, Repairer Experience, to own the end-to-end product experience for repairers across the Repair App, Mobile App, and integration surfaces. You will drive progressive automation, design AI-powered experiences, and focus on adoption and value for repairers globally.

In this role, you’ll lead product vision, metrics, and go-to-market alignment while partnering with engineering to ship rapid prototypes, validate ideas, and scale impact across

Qualifications

• Deep customer obsession with a habit of engaging users in their real work environment.
• Craft-level UX mindset focused on non-technical users with high-stakes workflows.
• 5+ years owning complex B2B software products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Strong PLG instincts, owning onboarding, activation and retention as design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Own end-to-end repairer experience across all Partly surfaces (Repair App, Mobile App, integrations).
• Lead go-to-market alignment including packaging, positioning and rollout strategy.
• Spend time with repairers weekly via calls, site visits, and usage sessions.
• Build prototypes using AI-assisted tools and run structured experiments to drive prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to balance discovery, delivery, and technical sustainability.
