Job summary

RepairWise is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own and lead AI development across our platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will architect, build, and ship our AI systems end-to-end, from data pipelines through deployment and monitoring.

You will work directly with our Head of Engineering, setting the technical bar for AI, and shaping product direction while improving repair diagnostics, warranty processing, and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in applied AI/ML or LLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and evolve AI agents powering core workflows from repair intake to resolution.
• Train and fine-tune domain-specific models on proprietary repair data for key use cases.
• Own data pipelines, evaluation, and deployment of AI systems.
