Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for the Ops Apps used to manage customer interactions and vehicle flow across our hubs.

This in-person role in Oakland requires translating opportunities into concrete PRDs, wireframes, and roadmaps, guiding engineering, design, and operations to deliver reliable software that customers love.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience in software product development (SaaS or B2B).
• Demonstrated ability to define and prioritize complex product roadmaps.
• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven approach to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for Ops Apps.
• Own customer value prop and end-to-end product outcomes across hubs.
• Translate opportunities into PRDs, design docs, wireframes, and flow charts.
