Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Pro roadmap end to end, connecting acquisition, onboarding, operations, and retention into a cohesive product strategy. You will partner with Commercial, Design, Engineering, and other teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable capabilities for operators and HOAs.

• Proven track record leading complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Pro product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Understand operator and HOA needs, and translate into scalable platform capabilities.
• Improve end-to-end experience from evaluation to onboarding, renewal, or expansion.
• Shape modular product capabilities to avoid one-off development.
• Balance customer needs with platform investment and business goals.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Design, and Engineering to align on strategy.
• Establish success metrics and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration across teams.
