Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior product leader to own the Pro roadmap from discovery through launch and ongoing refinement. You will translate customer insights into scalable product capabilities, balancing commercial goals with platform investments, and collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

You will build a deep understanding of operators and HOAs, improve onboarding and renewal decisions, and shape modular solutions across segments to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, leading 0-to-1 development and owning strategy.
• Strong business mindset, with impact on acquisition, revenue, retention and efficiency.
• Experience building products for B2B or B2B2C customers, incl. onboarding and expansion.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Strong customer discovery skills and ability to differentiate configuration vs. redesign needs.
• Experience partnering with Commercial/Sales to drive growth.
• Judgment balancing customer needs with scalable platform capabilities.
• Close collaboration with Engineering on trade-offs and delivery sequencing.
• Hands-on AI tooling mindset to prototype and validate needs.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or property tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Pro product roadmap from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap balancing customer needs and growth.
• Develop understanding of operators and homeowners associations and renewal decisions.
• Improve the full customer journey from adoption to portfolio management and expansion.
• Prioritize opportunities across a broad landscape and communicate decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Sales to align roadmap with growth strategies.
• Work with Engineering and Design to create intuitive, reliable experiences.
• Set success metrics and use research and data to adjust the roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to iteration.
• Represent Pro customers’ voices in product decisions across the org.
