Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rental is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Pro roadmap end to end. You will connect acquisition, onboarding, day-to-day operations, and retention into a coherent product strategy, partnering with Commercial, Design, Engineering, and other teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

You will shape modular capabilities, lead discovery and delivery, and define success metrics.

Qualifications

Strong customer discovery skills and experience turning insights into product opportunities.
Experience building for complex enterprise SaaS or B2B2C products.
Ability to balance customer needs with scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Pro product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Understand operators and HOAs, their evaluation, onboarding, and renewal processes.
Improve end-to-end experience from evaluation to onboarding and renewal.
Shape modular product capabilities to avoid one-off developments.
Make clear product choices and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Partner with Commercial to align offerings with customers and GTM.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design on workflows and usability.
Establish success metrics and adjust roadmap based on data.
Lead cross-functional discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
Represent Pro customer voice in product decisions.
