Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Pro roadmap end-to-end, aligning acquisition, onboarding, operations, and retention into a cohesive strategy. You will partner with Commercial, Design, and Engineering to translate complex customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

You will guide prioritization, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes, balancing customer value with business goals, while leveraging AI tools to prototype and validate concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with ownership of strategy and delivery for complex products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pro, balancing customer needs, business opportunity, and platform investment.
• Build a deep understanding of portfolio operators and HOAs, their evaluation of providers, onboarding, and portfolio management.
• Improve end-to-end experience from evaluation to onboarding, renewal or expansion.
• Shape modular, configurable product capabilities to avoid one-off development for each use case.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration across teams.
