Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Activation to own the owner onboarding journey from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing. You’ll drive activation rate, time-to-live, and 180-day retention, shaping the roadmap around property setup, scheduling, permits, and multi-property onboarding.

You’ll partner with Onboarding, Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing to remove friction, automate steps, and measure success with robust analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management with onboarding/activation experience.
Experience in two-sided marketplaces or operations-heavy businesses.
Proven track record improving activation, conversion or early retention metrics.
Experience partnering with operations to automate manual processes.
Proficient in product analytics and building funnels/cohorts.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap from signed agreement to live, bookable listing with activation metrics.
Identify bottlenecks in property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, onboarding.
Ship changes that reduce manual onboarding steps and enable self-serve flows.
Run end-to-end experiments: hypothesis, scope, measurement, decision.
Collaborate with Onboarding, Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, and funnel teams.
