Upside is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the personalized growth engine across Fuel, Grocery, and Restaurant verticals, building from the ground up and translating a bold vision into a concrete, sequenced roadmap.

Based in our hybrid US offices (Austin, Chicago, DC, NYC), this role demands 10+ years of PM experience, strong analytics, and the ability to drive retention and revenue through experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including complex initiatives.
• Proven track record in scalable personalization platforms or CRM systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to translate granular detail into strategic narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Upside personalized growth engine across multiple verticals.
• Define requirements and backlog priorities for data infra, multi-channel outreach, and incentives.
• Set success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and impact assessment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption and harmonize engineering, design, and marketing.
