Job summary

Lumen, a leader in AI-ready connectivity, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead complex programs on the Outbound Product team. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, defining ownership, governance, and success metrics.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will partner with product and business leaders to identify dependencies, manage risk, and keep teams aligned around outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in program or product management leadership roles.
• Experience leading large, complex programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ability to define program structure, ownership, governance, and success measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs tied to key product, customer, and business priorities.
• Turn broad objectives into clear programs with defined outcomes, workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Establish governance and operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Identify risks and decisions early; drive resolution with clear visibility for leadership.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, and customer adoption.
• Partner with Product leaders to align roadmaps with work across the business.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, and guide decisions; build repeatable approaches.
