Lumen Technologies, a remote-friendly leader in AI-ready connectivity, seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead complex programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will turn broad objectives into executable roadmaps, establish governance, own milestones and success metrics, and drive execution with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in program management, product management, product operations, technology leadership, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ability to define structure, governance, ownership, and success metrics for complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business skills with data-driven decision making and risk management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders; technical fluency in networking is a plus.
