This senior individual contributor role requires strong leadership, business judgment, and the ability to influence across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Ability to define program structure, ownership, governance, and success metrics.
• Strong analytical and business skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior/execs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and routing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs tied to product, customer, and business priorities.
• Turn objectives into defined programs with milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Establish the structure, governance, and operating rhythm across key teams.
• Identify risks and decisions early and drive resolution with leadership visibility.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, and partnerships.
• Partner with Product leaders to align roadmaps with business work across the organization.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, and improve execution.
