Job summary

Kiva seeks a strategic Principal Product Manager to drive growth across B2C and B2B, beginning with high‑net‑worth individuals. You will own the product vision, define requirements, and lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, marketing and partnerships to deliver impactful products that scale social impact.

You will set and measure outcomes with KPIs, conduct user research, synthesize internal and external signals, and clearly communicate roadmaps and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience in B2C or marketplace roles.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products.
• User-centered mindset with strong UX empathy.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter with cross-functional leadership.
• Nice to have: nonprofit or philanthropy experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive it into a concrete roadmap.
