Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and strategy for RTC product areas, influencing a large business
• Set long-term technical and product direction by authoring PRFAQs, strategy docs, and 3-year narratives
• Identify and drive new-to-world opportunities expanding addressable market beyond the traditional contact center
• Make high-judgment trade-off decisions across priorities, commitments, and investments
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across multiple product teams, ensuring RTC primitives are reusable
• Represent the product externally with strategic enterprise customers and translate needs into strategy
