Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical, External Services to lead strategy and roadmap for communication channels in Amazon Connect.

You will influence the direction of a large business and own the product lifecycle from concept through GTM, collaborating with engineering, design, GTM, and finance teams. You will mentor teams, define quarterly reviews and OKRs, and shape pricing models while delivering scalable, customer-focused solutions at AWS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical (software, network, IT) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product vision and strategy for RTC product areas.
• Write PRFAQs and strategy documents to align engineering, design, and leadership.
• Identify new-to-world opportunities expanding addressable market beyond contact centers.
• Make high-judgment trade-off decisions across priorities and investments.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across Amazon Connect product teams.
