Principal Product Manager ESM – North America
BMC Helix Enterprise Service Management offers SaaS solutions designed to elevate user experiences across lines of business through intelligent automation, unified workflows, and rapid customization. BMC has been named a leader in the Forrester Wave: Enterprise Service Management, Q4 2023 report.
As a Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Service Management, you will conduct customer research, define, and deliver capabilities to enterprises and organizations. A key focus area is applying generative AI to transform solutions in this space. You will work across multiple teams to ensure a competitive product strategy and a plan to deliver releases four times a year. You will collaborate daily with engineering teams, designers, marketers, and sales to build products that customers love. You will be responsible for delivering and driving adoption of world-class cloud applications. You love creating products that delight customers and understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real-world problems. Saying “no” is as important as adding new features. The successful candidate will have a global role, either remote in the US or based in one of our North American offices.

The annual base salary range for this position is approximately $149,400 - $249,000, depending on skills, experience, and organizational needs. This range is part of the total compensation package, which may include variable pay and benefits.
