Principal Product Manager ESM - North America

BMC Helix Enterprise Service Management offers SaaS solutions designed to elevate user experiences across lines of business through intelligent automation, unified workflows, and rapid customization. BMC has been named a leader in the Forrester Wave: Enterprise Service Management, Q4 2023 report.

As a Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Service Management, you will conduct customer research, define and deliver capabilities to enterprises and organizations. A key focus area is applying generative AI to transform solutions in this space. You will work across multiple teams in the company to ensure that we have a competitive product strategy and a plan to deliver releases four times a year. Each day, you will work with an engineering team, designers, marketers and sales to build and deliver products that people and companies love. You will be charged with delivering and driving adoption of world-class cloud applications. You love making products that delight customers. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. Saying "no" is as important as adding new features. The successful candidate will have a global role either US remote or based in one of our North America offices.
