Job summary

Twilio seeks a Principal Product Manager to own and lead strategic email data plane integrations. You will balance complex infrastructure with strong partner collaboration, shaping a resilient, scalable system that protects revenue and drives growth.

You will define a multi-year roadmap for email domains, translate customer needs into concrete product decisions, and partner with GTM to ensure measurable delivery across remote, global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in product management, with 5+ years in the email domain.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales and organizational dynamics.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience in APIs or platform products, with reliability and scale focus.
• Collaborative, cross-functional leadership in remote, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the multi-year email data-plane integrations strategy.
• Contextualize opportunities with financial and engineering insight.
• Develop and drive the domain roadmap from concept to launch.
• Prioritize by opportunity, timing, and business impact.
• Collaborate with GTM to ensure measurable delivery.
• Lead requirements, milestones, and launch planning for migrations to modern APIs.
• Document ideas quickly to support a remote-first environment.
• Collaborate with adjacent product managers.
