Job summary

nCino is seeking a Senior Commercial Pricing & Profitability Advisor to join our Professional Services team. You will combine deep loan pricing knowledge with hands-on work to implement nCino’s Commercial Pricing & Profitability tool for financial institutions.

You will advise bank leadership, translate requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. A hybrid or remote setup within the Eastern Time Zone is supported.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5+ years of professional experience in banking or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to manage complex tasks with precision and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication across all levels and ability to drive projects with minimal oversight.
Experience leading projects and driving change within organizations.
Background in multiple lines of business in banking and expertise in loan pricing methodology.
Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, translating requirements into design specs to drive value.
Provide strategic consulting on industry trends and regulatory requirements for clients.
Identify innovative solutions and conduct benchmarking to improve implementations.
Demonstrate product expertise and guide customers in leveraging capabilities to meet needs.
Lead client workshops, deliver training, and provide ongoing support.
