nCino, Inc. is seeking a visionary VP of Global Strategic Partnerships to lead the partnership function worldwide from Wilmington, NC.

This role drives the global strategy, builds a multi-tier leadership bench, and scales partnerships with AI providers and hyperscalers to accelerate value for financial institutions. You will own the partner ecosystem across markets, align regional execution with global strategy, and shape commercial terms, join go-to-market programs, and executive relationships

Qualifications

• Over 14 years leading strategic partnerships at scale.
• 5+ years managing organizations or teams.
• AI fluency paired with banking domain expertise.
• Experience across partner motions: GSI, consulting, ISV, platform co-sell, AI ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Set global partnerships strategy with CRO and Regional GMs and translate priorities into a worldwide operating model.
• Lead regional teams and build a multi-tier global leadership bench.
• Advance relationships with foundation model providers and AI ecosystem for joint go-to-market.
• Extend GSI partnerships into new offerings and deepen hyperscaler relationships.
• Tier the partner ecosystem with investment and review partnerships against business cases.
• Refresh co-sell motions with sales leadership and manage partner terms with Finance, Legal, and Rev Ops.
• Serve as executive relationship owner with strategic global partners.
