Job summary

Cooper AI is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap from discovery to launch, working closely with founders and engineers. You will immerse yourself in brokers', carriers', and underwriters' workflows to transform complex insurance processes into actionable specs.

You'll shape AI agent behavior, measure adoption and retention, and drive alignment between product promises and real delivery, building a high-velocity, outcomes-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Track record of shipping products in complex professional workflows (insurance, fintech, legal, healthcare or similar).
• Strong customer instincts and discovery expertise.
• Ability to define problems and move forward in ambiguity.
• Experience working with engineers and understanding architectural tradeoffs.
• Excellent written communication and ability to distill complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Get deep into customer workflows with brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Translate complex insurance processes into clear, buildable specs.
• Define and track metrics like adoption, time saved, and retention.
• Shape how Cooper's AI agents behave and integrate into workflows.
• Build the product culture and establish how we ship with speed and discipline.
• Partner with sales and customer success to close the loop between promise and delivery.
