Qualifications
- Owned a revenue-bearing product sold to external customers.
- Experience building for sales-led environments: CRM, sales enablement, or revenue intelligence.
- 10+ years in product with startup or fast-growth experience.
- Ability to deliver under real-world constraints and integrate with existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap with clear priorities.
- Build and lead the product function as Peach Pilot grows.
- Decide what to build next, aligning with agent workflow and underwriting needs.
- Work with carriers, rate data, and AI components to shape the platform.
