Job summary

PEAK6 AI Strategies seeks a founding Head of Product to decide what we build, ship it into live operations, and own the transformation roadmap across the platform. You’re not selling AI to an enterprise and hoping they adopt it. You own the enterprise.

This team is onsite at our Austin HQ, with openness to remote work and regular travel to operating offices. You’ll define the agentic platform for underwriting support, claims, policy servicing, and back-office workflows, guiding the product to

Qualifications

• Shipped AI systems into real enterprises.
• Comfort with prototyping and reading code.
• Ability to reason about current AI model limitations in production.
• Willingness to work in high-stakes, unglamorous domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and define the agentic platform across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and back-office workflows.
• Set the roadmap and ship live operations.
• Focus on margin as the key success metric and connect launches to business impact.
• Assess which acquisitions' workflows are most transformable and how the platform should absorb them.
