Stellarus seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape digital healthcare solutions for members, reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.

You will drive strategy and delivery, ensuring Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, and Claims are clear and usable, while integrating AI to personalize experiences for Stellarus customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex needs into actionable requirements, and balance business and regulatory demands to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

Requires product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution aligned with customer needs.
Translating customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
Experience collaborating with engineering and QA on technical delivery including APIs and data flows.
Portfolio-level thinking and governance or operating model definition.
