Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Principal Product Enablement Manager in the United States to shape how we define and prove customer value. You will create value stories, map ICP pain to use cases, and enable sellers with principled product messaging across GTM teams.

You will work across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Field teams to ensure the value narrative is clear, credible, and commission-ready.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function.
• Demonstrated ability to author frameworks and positioning work with measurable impact.
• Experience with products sold to both technical and business buyers.
• Martech, data infrastructure, analytics, or data warehousing is a strong plus.
• Evidence that sellers actually used what you built.
• Fluency in a qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Author value frameworks and the business outcome case for the CDP components.
• Build the canonical use case library mapping ICP to pain to product and proof.
• Turn frameworks into future-state narratives, discovery paths, and talk tracks.
• Define release positioning and GTM plans for launches and releases.
• Document capability boundaries for our products and what they do not do.
• Define readiness criteria and certify against them with field leaders.
