Job summary

Yahoo seeks a principal product designer to lead Yahoo Everywhere, guiding design across live deals, partner implementations, and vision-driven concepts. You will own the design direction, safeguard brand integrity, and drive collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams.

You will also shape prototypes and high-fidelity work in Figma and AI tools, while expanding design systems to scale across surfaces and partners.

Qualifications

10+ years designing consumer-facing digital products.
Portfolio showing strategic and systems-level leadership across end-to-end product experiences.
Experience as final design decision maker with documented rationale.
Experience designing for partner integrations, embedded or white label products, OEM placements, or platform distribution.

Responsibilities

Lead design for Yahoo Everywhere across pitches, deals, and blue-sky concepts.
Make final design decisions and sign off on brand identity across partner surfaces.
Collaborate with product, eng, biz dev, and leadership to drive product direction.
Develop prototypes and high-fidelity work in Figma, Claude, and Cursor.
Grow and evolve design systems to scale across teams.
