Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement process enhancements that drive issue resolution and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and own the oversight of targeted process improvement work streams while collaborating with the Operations Analytics team on large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Utilize robust problem-solving frameworks to develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous testing, and deliver data-driven solutions from initial scope through implementation and monitoring.
• Design and deploy sophisticated Tableau dashboards, leverage Python scripts for automation, and execute complex SQL queries to extract actionable business insights.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: combine conceptual thinking with strong quantitative focus in analytics, marketing, and credit risk management.
• Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity to drive decisive action.
• Strong communication skills to influence and drive alignment across teams.
