Twilio Inc. is seeking a Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager - Digital & PLG Pricing. This remote-first role drives Twilio's pricing strategy, analytics, and monetization across our product portfolio to accelerate growth and simplify purchasing for customers.

You will lead pricing framework design, develop executive dashboards, and collaborate with GTM, Product, Sales, and Finance to execute high-impact pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing and monetization for IaaS/PaaS or PLG ecosystems.
• 3+ years building analytics dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
• Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder pricing projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to influence leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute price optimization models to accelerate performance.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance on PLG pricing.
• Design, optimize and scale Tableau/Looker dashboards and pricing workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover revenue opportunities and test hypotheses.
• Bridge GTM, Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance to align on pricing initiatives.
