Twilio is seeking a Principal Public Relations Manager to join its Corporate Communications team. You will lead external communications supporting Twilio executives, customers, partners, and the employer brand.

You will collaborate across teams to craft narratives that generate press coverage and awareness, shaping Twilio's story for media and employees.

The role offers remote work with travel and a focus on strategic, high-impact communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations.
• Exceptional media relations with top-tier outlets experience.
• Proven track record of directly supporting C-suite leaders.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with executive voice.
• Strong business acumen and financial communications experience.
• Strategic and systematic thinker who can establish high-level narratives.
• Excellent organizational skills under pressure with competing priorities.
• Strong collaborative skills across cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employer Brand PR in partnership with People team through external storytelling.
• Own External CAO Communications including media opportunities and speaking engagements.
• Manage Partner and Customer PR with marketing teams to highlight customers/partners.
• Lead Social Impact PR with Chief Social Impact Officer to showcase Twilio.org.
• Support Financial Communications for earnings, acquisitions, and investor news.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive media relations with stakeholders and agencies.
