You will direct the PDT, drive alignment with Engineering, R&D and the Business Unit, and ensure resources and schedules meet ambitious product targets. Qualifications

• Strong experience in managing complex hardware programs across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive targets across schedule, quality, cost and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience with AI-assisted planning workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the PMO for storage products (NAND, mNAND, SSD) from planning to ramp.
• Direct the Product Development Team (PDT) and align with Engineering, R&D and BU.
• Establish a ProChain-based project schedule as the single source of truth.
• Monitor and escalate actions to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
