Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, systems/product engineering, or technical program management in SSD/storage/semiconductor industries.
• Strong foundation in NAND flash, SSD controller/ASIC architecture, PCIe/NVMe, and firmware/system-level interactions.
• Experience working with hyperscale or enterprise customers on requirements and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Represent Micron's Data Center SSD roadmap to hyperscale and OEM customer engineering leaders.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into MRDs, engineering decisions, and transition plans.
• Engage in industry forums (PCIe-SIG, OCP, JEDEC) to influence specifications.
• Own end-to-end product requirements and technical strategy for one or more SSD lines.
• align ASIC, firmware, and systems teams around market-driven priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, NPI, and operations to shape account strategy and qualifications.
• Brief executives on program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive innovation, mentoring, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements.
