Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Storage Products PMO to drive planning, execution, and ramp of NAND, NAND Solutions and SSD products.

You will partner with BU, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align targets, manage stage-gate reviews, and deliver on schedule, cost, and quality. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and leveraging AI to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional product programs.
• Strong scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with PLM processes and manufacturing ramp.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to capture product requirements and align targets.
• Establish and maintain a project schedule as the single source of truth with regular updates.
• Confirm resources and drive closure of identified gaps.
• Develop the engineering and qualification sample delivery plan with Supply Chain.
• Lead Product Development Team (PDT) and regular meetings with priorities.
• Manage program risks and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead stage-gate, work-review, and program-review activities; report to leadership.
• Drive qualification, ramp, and handoff to Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
