Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a PMO Program Manager to lead NAND, mNAND and SSD development from planning through qualification and ramp under the PLM process. You will direct the PDT, manage schedule, cost and readiness, and leverage AI for planning workflows to improve efficiency and time-to-market.

This role emphasizes program targets and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, R&D and BU. The successful candidate will drive governance across the project, participate in stage

Responsibilities

• Capture product requirements with the BU to align development targets.
• Establish a ProChain-based project schedule as the single source of truth.
• Direct the Product Development Team and run weekly PDT meetings.
• Monitor the project plan and drive actions to meet schedule, escalating issues as needed.
• Drive product qualification and ramp to Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
