Job summary

Amazon is seeking a CM, Forecast and Planning leader for its Global Procurement Operations (GPO) in Bellevue, WA. You will own financial modeling, investment prioritization, and long-range planning to drive measurable savings and ROI across seven pillars.

You will develop standardized methodologies, executive dashboards, and transformative programs, reporting to senior leadership and partnering with pillar leaders for strategic investments and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• 4+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine financial models that project savings delivery, cost avoidance, and investment returns across all pillars within Global Manufacturing and Distribution Services.
• Resource Investment Prioritization: Develop and manage frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing resource allocation (finances, time, materials) across initiatives, directing capital and headcount to high-value opportunities.
• Long-Range Operational Planning: Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles, building bottoms-up forecasts, setting targets, and aligning roadmaps with strategy.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish standardized methodologies for tracking enablement, ROI, and cost reduction; create executive dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership.
• Transformation Program Tracking: Monitor and report on status of transformation initiatives, flag risks and budget variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Business Case Development: Partner with pillar leaders and sourcing managers to build business cases for investments and headcount, ensuring financial rigor.
• Variance Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct variance analysis against plan, identify root causes, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Executive Communication: Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews and save/readouts for senior leadership translating financial data into clear narratives.
• Process Standardization: Drive consistency in financial performance measurement across seven pillars.
