Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Program Manager in Seattle to drive the Sales Planning program, delivering cross‑functional growth and scale across geographies.

You will partner with multiple teams, manage a portfolio from inception to delivery, and present progress to senior leadership while building new mechanisms to achieve goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, CRM/forecasting experience, and the ability to turn complex problems into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting and Salesforce automation
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large, strategic projects / programs within AWS Sales Planning and across different geographies.
• Build relationships and partner across many organizations to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
• Work and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align on project /program goals and resources.
• Coordinate a portfolio of programs / projects from inception to delivery. These may also be global in nature.
• Define and implement metrics to measure and communicate program achievements.
• Compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics and lead high profile meetings to align on project requirements.
• Communicate the overall program roadmap and provide periodic status updates to stakeholders, presenting to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Provide program decision support, insights and recommendations through data gathering and analysis.
