Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for NA Capacity Planning to drive 200+ inputs across 30+ BRSs and coordinate 8+ cross-functional teams. You will lead Kingpin goal management, OP1/OP2 planning, and executive reviews with senior leaders.

The role emphasizes building a solid program framework, identifying critical paths, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

Create transparency and accountability in various phases of building launch and retrofit design as well as partner management
Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers
Participate/collaborate in strategic planning meetings, surfacing and mitigating risks, driving strategic planning documentation, and identifying opportunity to create efficiencies
Set and embody the strong team culture and standards consistent with Amazon’s leadership principles
