Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Project Management professional for the Central PEO in Northern Utah. This 100% onsite, individual contributor role supports directors with coordination, meetings, data analytics, and project management tasks across multiple sites including Bacchus, Promontory, and Chandler.

Travel up to 10% is expected. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience, strong metrics, and the ability to obtain secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years of experience (or Associate’s with 7 years).
• Ability to attain and maintain secret US Government clearance.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining metrics; strong data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with directors and CI teams for status reviews and meetings.
• Prepare data analytics, reports, and briefings for leadership.
• Manage schedules, action items, and project milestones across sites.
• Support strategic planning to improve quality and productivity.
