Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end technical program management of the agentic AI platform development, enablement/badging programs, and demo experience initiatives.

You will coordinate across engineering workstreams, GTM teams, Solutions Architects, and service teams, guiding cross-functional programs from concept through production to scale knowledge assets and customer engagements.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative skills, or software development background.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for agentic AI solutions and roadmaps.
Drive engineering coordination across teams, manage sprints, dependencies, and releases.
Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, platform readiness, knowledge accuracy, and change management.
Produce monthly VP-level business roll-ups with progress and strategy.
