Job summary

Amazon is building the AGI organization’s most advanced AI capabilities and seeks a Principal PMT-ES to own the strategy and delivery of externally‑launched AI services for AWS customers.

You’ll define what these services look like, how customers adopt them, and how they scale, working across science, engineering, and GTM to turn research into production AWS services with public availability, pricing, and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for customer-facing AI service(s) within the AGI organization
• Work backwards from customer needs to define how SOTA AI capabilities become generally-available AWS services
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through public launch through growth — including pricing, packaging, and adoption strategy
• Partner with science and engineering teams to make the right capability and timeline tradeoffs
• Engage directly with customers and field teams to shape the roadmap and validate product-market fit
• Own the P&L, business metrics, and operational health of your service(s)
• Represent the product to AWS leadership with crisp written narratives (PRFAQs, pricing docs, strategy docs, business reviews)
