Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager for the AgentCore project. You will own one or more production products, shape strategy, and drive revenue and adoption with developers worldwide.

As a member of AWS product leadership, you will collaborate with senior management to set targets, influence long-term strategy, and guide PMs. You will deliver innovative solutions and scale Agentic AI across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead product definition and strategy from customer/market feedback.
• Define product vision and future roadmap.
• Execute planning and development with customer goals and requirements.
• Lead product launch with a strong GTM plan.
• Oversee operations and respond to customer feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team on tradeoffs and QA.
• Produce business reports on revenue and adoption.
