Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a product manager to own observability across its cloud, defining signals, metrics, and SLIs. You will partner with SRE, fleet engineering, and API teams to deliver a coherent observability experience for customers and operators.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, deep technical fluency in distributed systems, and a track record of shipping with cross-team adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in technical infrastructure or developer-facing products.
• Ability to turn data and customer signal into clear build decisions.
• Proven track record of shipping products with cross-team adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own the Observability Roadmap across Lambda's cloud.
• TurnTelemetry signals into a customer-facing product in the console and API.
• Ship diagnostics to distinguish code/config issues from platform problems.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs with product partners.
• Build the internal telemetry layer for fleet operations and reliability.
• Engage with customers to understand how they debug distributed training.
• Communicate roadmaps clearly to engineers, designers, and executives.
• Measure adoption and iterate based on outcomes.
