Lambda seeks a product manager to own observability across its cloud platform. You will shape telemetry features, partner with SRE and fleet engineering, and drive cross-team collaboration to deliver a cohesive observability experience for customers and operators.

The role requires deep experience in distributed systems telemetry, influencing without formal authority, and delivering measurable improvements in platform reliability and insight into GPU/fabric metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in technical infrastructure, platform, or developer-facing products.
• Experience shipping observability or telemetry products for distributed systems.
• Ability to propose and influence roadmap decisions using data and evidence.

Responsabilités

• Own the Observability Roadmap across Lambda’s cloud platform.
• Turn telemetry signals into concrete customer-facing experiences in the console and Lambda Cloud API.
• Collaborate with SRE, fleet engineering, and console/API teams to create a coherent observability experience.
• Define and productize SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs with partner teams.
• Measure adoption, iterate, and communicate outcomes across engineering and leadership.
