Job summary

Lambda is seeking a product manager to own observability across the Lambda Cloud. You will define the observability roadmap, surface signals like GPU/cluster health and utilization, and work with SRE, fleet engineering, and the console and API teams to deliver a coherent experience for customers and operators.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-team collaboration, and delivering measurable impact through SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs while shaping the platform telemetry layer powering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in technical infrastructure or developer-facing products.
• Ability to turn data into product decisions and roadmaps.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive cross-team adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the Observability Roadmap: define and drive the product strategy across Lambda's cloud.
• Turn Telemetry into Product: decide signals customers see in console and Lambda Cloud API.
• Ship Diagnostics That Answer the First Question: help customers distinguish code/config from platform problems.
• Work Backwards: define and productize SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for observability.
