Hard Rock Digital is building a world-class mobile betting experience. We’re seeking a Principal Mobile Engineer to lead the frontend direction of the Casino domain in a high‑performance React Native app for iOS and Android, with tens of thousands of daily users.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams while advancing design systems, tooling, and observability. Experience in igaming is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing mobile applications (native and hybrid).
• At least 7 years focused on React Native."
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Deep expertise in React Native architecture using TypeScript in strict mode.
• Mastery of dual state management: MobX and TanStack React Query.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend technical direction of the Casino Technology unit.
• Define, evolve, and uphold shared engineering standards and conventions.
• Own architecture and evolution of Casino-domain features within a high-performance React Native app for iOS and Android.
• Develop & improve a high-performance mobile application for tens of thousands of daily users.
• Mentor and develop senior and staff engineers.
