Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is looking for a Principal Mobile Engineer to steer the mobile direction for Promos, working on a shared React Native platform and aligning mobile with web and back office needs.

You will partner with senior engineers to evolve architecture, manage complex initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes while modeling strong engineering discipline and responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building production React Native apps.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android platforms and native integration.
• Experience architecting a shared mobile platform across apps/teams.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and the mobile direction for Promos.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Backend/Operations to shape lifecycle and governance.
• Drive architecture evolution balancing delivery, debt, and platform investment.
• Lead major restructuring with clear deliverables and risk management.
• Promote AI-assisted development and responsible usage across the stack.
